PMMA to host information session about short-term rehabilitation program

Short-term rehabilitation is not just about helping seniors get back home; it’s about helping them get back to their lives. Emporia Presbyterian Manor will host a virtual presentation at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 13, focusing on the PATH® (Post-Acute to Home) program offered at the community.

Crystal Stock, marketing director, and the Aegis Therapies® therapists will discuss the PATH program. They will discuss everything from who is eligible for the program to who pays for the therapy and care, and from what a PATH stay looks like to how Emporia Presbyterian Manor can support you following your stay.

There will be plenty of time for you to get your short-term rehabilitation questions answered, so be sure to have them ready.

Explaining the PATH Program is part of Presbyterian Manor's Just Ask lifelong learning series of events focused on topics of interest to seniors and their adult children.

Register online to reserve your spot and receive the link to this virtual event by May 10. For questions about registration or for more information about Emporia Presbyterian Manor, contact Crystal Stock at 316-343-2613 or cstock@pmma.org.
