Seniors often reach a point where they think about rightsizing. Their house may be more than they want or, for some, able to handle. They might start thinking it would be fun to sell the lawn mower and move somewhere maintenance-free. The ideal time to move into an independent living community is when you feel the itch to change things up, but when you are still active enough to enjoy the lifestyle benefits of a senior living community.
We offer beautiful studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments as well as townhomes.
We do offer smaller storage areas, or for additional storage, we can direct you to convenient storage units nearby. In addition, we can provide expert assistance in rightsizing. A move of this kind usually requires anticipating future needs and making some tough decisions about furnishings and possessions. In truth, you most likely spend the majority of your time in just a few rooms of your house. We can help you in planning. We’ll work with you personally to ensure the choices you make are right for you and consistent with the way you want live.
Monthly independent living fees begin at $1,234 per month, depending on the residence and finance option selected. Our campus offers two options: an entrance fee with a lower monthly fee, or a higher monthly accommodation fee without an entrance fee. Monthly accommodation fees start at $1,635 per month. Second person fees apply for double occupancy in Trusler Plaza Apartments. Rates and monthly fees are subject to periodic review. Contact us to learn more and take the next step in your journey.
Medicare only covers therapy services, not room and board for any level of care. Medicaid covers long-term care room and board expenses only. It does not cover room and board for independent living or assisted living.
We have monitors on all entrances and exits. Independent living and assisted living entry is via a keycode.
