Emporia Presbyterian Manor hosting 2018 veterans breakfast

Veterans, their spouses and widows are invited to Emporia Presbyterian Manor for a free biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage and bacon breakfast at 7 a.m. November 10 at Presbyterian Manor, 2300 Industrial Rd., Emporia.

“We appreciate their service,” said Susan Siepelmeier, executive director. “It’s an honor to serve our area veterans, their spouses and widows each year and remember their sacrifice.”

Gifts will be given to veterans as a token of appreciation.

Entertainment will be the Sunshine Singers. Maria Lane, social services director at Presbyterian Manor, will speak about her work with Gold Star Mothers.
