Healthy living for brain and body: free session

UPDATE: This event is now scheduled for Friday, March 22, at 10 a.m., due to the weather on the original date. Please RSVP.

The health of the brain and the body are connected. Join us Wednesday, February 20, at 1 p.m. as we discuss a plan for healthy aging. We'll look at diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement.

Join us for a presentation by Alzheimer's Association’s Cindy Miller to learn how the brain and body are connected and the best ways to maintain cognition and health to combat the onset of Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.

“Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body” is part of Presbyterian Manor's Just Ask lifelong learning program, which features speakers and topics of interest to seniors and their adult children.

RSVP to Crystal Stock, 620-343-2613 or [email protected].
