Susan Siepelmeier

Executive Director
Susan joined Emporia Presbyterian Manor as activity director in June 1986. She had previously served as director of activities/social services/rehabilitation at Flint Hills Manor. Susan earned her bachelor’s degree in human development and the family from University of Nebraska Lincoln. She earned her gerontology certification from University of Nebraska Omaha. Susan is certified as a licensed adult care home administrator.

Andraya Taber

Senior Living Sales Director
Andraya joined Presbyterian Manor in June 2021. She has previous experience in property management and leasing, hospitality and event planning. She has a bachelor’s degree in communications with an emphasis in public relations and a minor in marketing from Emporia State University. She is a National Apartment Leasing Professional.

Maria Lane

Social Worker
Before joining Emporia Presbyterian Manor as social services director in May 2009, Maria was a special education para with USD 253. She previously served as activity director/social service director at Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor, and as a child protective social worker for SRS in Winfield, Kansas. Maria has a bachelor’s degree in sociology/anthropology and is certified as a licensed social worker. She is a member of American Gold Star Mothers, Families of the Fallen and National Association of Social Workers.

Megan Sandoval

Human Resource Director
Megan joined Presbyterian Manor in June 2021. Prior to joining the Presbyterian Manor team, she worked for 10 years in staff management. She is responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, and placing workers as well as handling employee relations, payroll, benefits and training. She has a degree in business administration from Emporia State University. She serves as vice president of Hispanics of Today and Tomorrow and is a board member of Human Resource Professionals Association of Greater Emporia. She and her husband have two boys and two dogs. They enjoy camping and outdoor activities.

Dawn Andersh

Director of Health Services
Dawn joined Emporia Presbyterian Manor in April 2022. She brings extensive experience in healthcare as a registered nurse in hospitals, clinics, and senior living communities. Dawn holds many certifications including BLS, ACLS, and as a SANE nurse (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner).

Brad Krehbiel

Environmental Services Director
Brad joined Emporia Presbyterian Manor after spending seven years at another PMMA community, Aberdeen Village in Olathe, Kan., where he was the maintenance supervisor. His favorite part of the job is the people, both residents and other staff. Brad attended Colby Junior College and volunteered with the inner-city organization World Impact, building houses in Kansas and California. Outside work he and his wife are avid cooks. They have two daughters and two granddaughters.
